So Much to Say

I have a problem. I keep installing blogging software, writing a test post, ignoring the blog for awhile, then deleting the whole damn thing.

I love writing. I'm also very opinionated. But if I'm to be honest, having my own random thoughts haunt me from Google for eternity, embarrassing my older, less-brash self, is daunting. In short, I'm a bit of a coward.

My last attempt was a blog for my business, Bartas Technologies. My first post there was the same sort of confessional, but geared more toward the direct point: I'm a fairly private person. I've changed since then, though. I've been using Twitter. It's hard, though, to say anything worthwhile in 140 characters or less.

So back I come to Wordpress. Taking even more time to set it up (again), customize it (again), and write a thirtieth first post. So, rather than waste more time by making this another lengthy ordeal, I'll summarize.

Hi. I'm Josh. I write software for the Mac OS X platform, both for the National Institutes of Health and for my own business, Bartas Technologies. I enjoy wine, cats, the outdoors, peace, quiet, and I'm sure some other things as well. Nice to meet you.
